Topsites Rules

  • The site with the highest Votes in + Votes out count will be ranked number one and then descending from there.
  • Rating is determined by the sum of all ratings divided by the sum of Votes in.
  • If a Site is suspected of cheating, the statistics of that Site will be reset.
  • The top sites (Determined by votes) are displayed in the Side Block
  • Votes are reset automatically after X number of days as determined by the Webmaster
  • During this time period, any vote will only be counted ONCE per day per IP address.
